Pcb filing jig
To file a plate of FR4 board to size and with perpendicular angles
Instructions:
- generate and print two jigs , one with the target size, and one which
is e.g. 1 mm larger in both dimensions (you can set oversize_value to generate them at once).
(note that if the pcb is very trapezoidal, a larger jig may be needed)
- Put the pcb in the larger one, make sure one side of the pcb
is perfectly aligned, clamp the jig and file off the parts sticking out
- rotate the pcb 18 degrees, and put the pcb in the exact one
- clamp the jig and file off the parts sticking out
- the pcb should now be perpendicular and to size.
