11mm diameter sheave block designed for use on an rc sailboat.
For assembly you will need the 3 printed parts along with a piece of filament and 150mm of line ~1mm in diameter.
Assembly
- First clear out the two small holes on both body parts so a piece of filament can be installed.
- place the sheave onto the peg of the one body part. This should spin on the peg. If it doesn't try sanding the ID of the sheave till it does.
- add the other body part. This will go over the peg and the 2 pieces of filament
- lash the block together with the line. There is a picture guide of this process. The lashing is secured with a double stopper note on either end.
Block has been tested up to 5kg.
