Had some materials left over from other projects and decided to make the kids a set of monkey bars over their sandbox.  I made this part to allow for locking the bars from spinning freely.  Metal base flanges cost over $10 locally so beefy PETG ones will do nicely. I'm also using the wooden structure to support the metal pipe, so the weight will not be entirely on the flange.  Despite that, I've made this as thick and strong as possible so that it can reasonably bear weight and torsion.  If you don't have good layer adhesion, this part is susceptible to separation in the default orientation when significant torsion is applied.  It is strongest in the direction of weight-bearing.  You could print in a different orientation, such as a 45* angle, to adjust those inherent characteristics.

Fits any size pipe with outside diameter of 1-3/8 in.  I chose this size because I had some spare leftover from a chain link fence that was removed.  Make sure to use a material such as PETG that can withstand Summer temperatures and sun exposure.

I used this for monkey bars, but it could be used for other purposes.  I hope you find this file useful.
