300mm fan (298mm, actually, to ensure clearance to the fan shroud) with 8mm D shaft.
Recommend printing in PETG with PLA supports. Set supports as “soluble” with 0mm separation. Don't forget to change the interface extruder to PLA as well.
Also, I added a 2mm brim to the outside since there is very little bed contact on the outer ring (there is a coolant line running across the bottom of my unit so I had to add a chamfer to accommodate it).
Caution, depending on your fan speed and print strength, this could grenade when turned on. Make sure you are not in the plane of rotation. Mine has been working great so far but caution is advised.
