This is a remix of the popular CNC Low Profile Clamp, updated to include:
Replaceable clamping tip
Easily swap the tip when damaged or worn. Great for using TPU or other flexible filaments to protect delicate workpieces.
Built-in supports
No slicer-generated supports needed — the design includes smart built-in ones for smoother printing.
Compatible with M6 or 1/4” bolts, these low-profile clamps are ideal for CNC spoilboards or general workholding where tool clearance matters.
You’ll find a tip version included — or design your own (SolidWorks file is included!)
Recommended print settings
- Material: Preferably PETG, or ASA But PLA will also do the job, will creep over time thou
- Infill: Body > 20%, Tip > 100%
- Wall thickness: Body > 2mm, Tip > 3mm
- Supports: Not needed – they’re built in!
