IKEA SKÅDIS (SKADIS) mount for the eero 6+. The supports are a bit annoying, but is on the back (eg facing the board), so shouldn't be a huge problem.
NOTE: Please check that you have the correct eero model before printing - the eeros vary slightly in height, so yours might not fit. The model name for the right one is “eero 6+”, and the model number is R010001. It should say on the back of your router, or you can check the eero app (under "device information") .
