To accommodate the Airsense 10, I needed to extend some dimensions and make some cutouts. I used a 30% gyroid infill overall, but increased it to 50% in the vertical section that may have higher stress. Probably overkill. 30% should be plenty.
Despite doing 4 test fit prints before my final print, I found a couple of cutouts that needed to be made a slightly larger, so made those final tweaks before uploading. If you have any suggestions for further improvement, please leave a comment.
I used a standard PLA. No supports needed.
6/22/25 Brought the shelves about 1cm closer together to be more compact. So there won't be a big gap between the CPAP and the upper shelf as in the photo of my original print of this.
