I recently made a Sword of Omens Pool Noodle Sword for my boys and my oldest wanted a Batman version.

I cut the hilt down and added batwings. Changed the center eye to a bat symbol. I split the model down the middle so the layer lines would help it be stronger. I added a center dowel that helps with alignment and strength through the middle of the handle. Everything went together pretty well with CA glue but I used some 2 part plastic welder on the middle of the handle.
Of course I added the pool noodle spiral as well. I'm a novice at blender so I'm sure there's some better way to fix the files up.
