Rigid bed mounted dock for Klicky00. This dock allows you to pick up the probe by approaching it from above, but only allows the probe to exit from the Y direction, which helps preserve the plating on the klicky magnets compared to my previous sexbolt+klicky designs. It should also work with regular klicky with minimal modifications (dock bottom magnet replaced with a short length of spring), as the shapes of the probe are otherwise identical.

klicky00_custom-klicky00_dock.stl should be printed with ironing enabled to ensure that the back face of the dock is smooth enough to slide against. this ensures the probe resets position after it has been pressed against the dock's locating switches.

Switches if used as NC should be wired in series, and if NO should be wired in parallel, such that pressing either one will trigger the endstop. In theory 1 could be used, but 2 ensures the dock is located properly even if the toolhead or probe is slanted.
Dock requries 2 magnets (Black plastic coated magnets shown in image #2). one for retention in the Y direction, and the other to reset the probe after it has been pressed against the dock switches.

Note that the hotend must be able to overhang the bed by at least 20mm in x and 0mm in y (such as in a linear rail setup, or by offsetting the hotend to the far side of the stock carriage)

BOM:
2x 6x3mm magnet
2x Microswitch (I used Omron D2F)
4x M2x10 self tapping screws

1x M3x10 LHCS
1x M3x13 SHCS
7x M3x8 SHCS

9x M3 Heatset (4.2mm OD)

1x Nozzle Brush (Optional, cut to size)

1x 4mm ziptie (Optional, for cable organisation using the slot just behind the dock)

1x M3x8 LHCS & 1x M3 Heatset (wide head screw or add a washer, to add further support clamping to the front edge of the bed. A plastic screw, plastic washer or nothing at all may be used if you are concerned about bed damage)
