Blocks Zero Bed‑Leveling Test Squares
A quick, single‑layer model that prints three 0.2 mm squares under your Blocks Zero’s leveling screws (front‑left, front‑right, rear‑center) plus an optional center square to check flatness.
Why Use It?
- Squares are offset 5 mm exactly beneath each screw.
- Center square reveals any residual twist or bow.
- Instant Feedback: One‑pass, single‑layer (0.2 mm) shows adhesion and squish immediately.
Workflow
- Slice 0.2 mm layer height, PLA.
- Print four tiny squares in under a minute.
- Run “Level Bed”—nozzle moves to each square.
- Nozzle drags/rough lines: Lower that corner.
- Gaps/poor adhesion: Raise that corner.
- Verify (optional): Check center square for any remaining warp.
Print this before every calibration for flawless first layers on your Blocks Zero!
