Use the parameters in FreeCAD to change the fit to your car. I used Sunlu PETG for the adapter and Sunlu TPU for the sleeve liner and printed for a 2023 Chevy Bolt. If you have one of those, the STL should work for you without change.
Print the sleeve upside down for a nice visible finish and no supports. The adapter itself should print right-side-up without supports.
Untested aspects
The pictured design used tabs to hold the sleeve in place but required glue. The uploaded models have the sleeve inset into the adapter and should, in theory, not require glue.
I changed the bottom to close at 45 degrees to not require supports.
I haven't printed with these changes so please let me know how it goes if you print it.
