The main problem with printing TPU is that when feeding the filament through the bowden tube, it usually get stuck pretty quickly, which results in under extrusion and frustration.
I've the bowden and started feeding the filament manually from the top of the enclosure which dramaticly improved my prints, but the placement of the filament spool meant added friction between the filament and the enclosure.
The filament guide allows you the place the filament spool wherever, lifting it from the enclosure and preventing unwanted friction.
No supports needed, I recommend priniting in PETG but any material will work.
Place the guide as shown in the pictures.
