This print fits if you remove the screws beneath that are holding the down spout to the gutter. Then the filter can be added and the screws can be screwed back in place and into the model to help hold it in place.
I would recommend PETG or some other weather-resistant type of filament. Since this isn't meant to be seen and doesn't need to look pretty, I printed it at 0.28mm Superdraft Speed with a 0.4mm nozzle and a brim; I think it turned out great!
