DeWalt Deep Pro Full System

This is a system of bin sub-dividers for the DeWalt Deep-Pro organizer I designed to make this product more space efficient and useful.

The Deep-pro organizers are an inexpensive, modular storage system by DeWalt (a subsidiary of Stanley, Black, and Decker) that have been on the market for about 10 years now. They cost a fraction of what you'd pay for more comprehensive systems like Systainer (Festool) but, they lack flexible options for subdividing their spaces providing only two bin sizes and no variable depth options. My solution uses custom subdividers that reuse the provided bins and fit within the case's module to make this product more useful.

Printing Notes

All my test prints used Prusament PETG and I highly recommend you use PETG regardless of brand. I printed each with .8 nozzle with a .4 layer height. They'll probably print using smaller nozzle diameters and layer heights but they'll take a lot longer and won't really benefit from the finer detail.

Terminology

The models are provided for the two bin types which I call “Single” and “Double” since the Double type takes 2-units of the carrier bin module to the Single's 1-unit. Provided are three levels of subdivision; inset, middle, and bottom.

Insets are the top layer that sit inside the lip of the standard DeWalt bin and are usable directly. Middle bins sit inside the standard DeWalt bin but are designed to sit on top of a bottom layer; you can't use these without some bottom layer. Minimal support models are provided to allow use of middle layers without a bottom subdivision.

Pass-Through

Several of the models come with a “pass-through” variant. These omit a floor for one or more subdivisions as shown in the below photo. Pass-throughs allow the higher level to act as a mezzanine while maintaining access to the level below. I have no idea if these will prove useful but I provide them anyway.
