Dive Wrist Mirror — Situational Awareness & First-Stage Check
Stay aware of what’s happening behind you and quickly verify your first stage for bubbles or small leaks—without breaking trim. This compact mirror is a favorite for tech divers and anyone who values streamlined, hands-free checks.
Key benefits
Eyes behind you: Quick glances to monitor teammates or surroundings.
First-stage control: Inspect hoses and fittings mid-dive for possible leaks.
Tech-ready: Simple, reliable, and unobtrusive on the wrist/hand.
Fast mirror swaps: Rear access hole lets you pop the mirror out for easy replacement.
Specs
Mirror: Ø 50 mm (common car custom/aux mirrors).
Mounting: Bungee-ready; recommended 4–5 mm cord.
Print material: PETG recommended.
Printing: No supports needed.
Setup & use
Thread 4–5 mm bungee through the channels to secure on your wrist or hand.
Adjust tension so the mirror sits stable but comfortable.
Before the dive, set the angle for quick checks behind you and toward your first stage.
Maintenance
Mirrors tend to lose their coating/tarnish after ~30–50 dives. Keep a few spares.
Replacement is simple: use the rear hole to push the mirror out and snap a new one in.
Rinse in fresh water after diving and air-dry.
Note: This tool supplements standard team/buddy checks and SPG/long-hose procedures; it doesn’t replace them.
