All parts are printable without supports.
For the rim parts as well as the axle I used ASA, because it's more rigid and durable than PETG, more weather-resistant than ABS, but also has very good heat reasistance and longevity for outdoor use. The tyre I made in TPU
Print settings:
Rim parts (ASA): 30% gyroid in-fill, 4 perimeters
Axle (ASA): 100% in-fill, 4 perimeters
Tyre (TPU): 100% in-fill, 3 perimeters
