I bought an electric progurt yoghurt fermenter, and have been using a smart plug to make it set and forget.
However, it didn't come with a lid, and seemed to be fermenting unevenly.
So, I used a photogrammetry app to scan the top of the machine, made a few test collars until one mostly fit, and printed out a new lid.
This lid stays on unless you bump it, so I'm using it as a stopgap and have been for the last 2 years.
