I present to you my version of the classic game, Ring Toss.
I've included two options for the rings: a rounded version with a large opening, and a set of concentric rings.
Rounded Rings
- You can print as many copies as you want, in as many colors as you want.
- In my version, I printed three each of two different colors so people could challenge each other to a game.
Concentric Rings
- Intended for a more challenging version of the game.
- Think of each ring as a level. Level 1 (outer) is the easiest. Level 2 (mid) is a little harder. Level 3 (inner) is the hardest. There are lots of options for how you could play. You could assign a point value to each level, or set a rule that you have to toss them in order before you can move on - first to get all three wins, etc.
Print Settings
- For the ring stand
- I added a modifier to the bottom (approx. 20mm in height) where I set the infill to 50% (cubic).
- For the remaining infill, I did 25%
- 3 wall loops
- 0.22mm layer height
- For the rings
- 25% infill
- 2 wall loops
- 0.22mm layer height (but you can go finer if you'd prefer)
