To assemble, insert half of the howitzer turret from the top into the hull, then the howitzer gun goes in from the front. Follow that by the other half of the turret from the top. Next the turret bushing. The top deck and finally the turret. The turret fits tight enough that it will hold the top deck on, but I think it is best with a little glue. It needs to be down tight to hold the howitzer turret together. I had to trim the main turret to get a good fit and use glue on the cupola to get it to stay on.
