CNC Sharpie holder, uses 6mm hex nut and 20mm socket head cap screw. Could be adapted to use with other pens and pencils using a bushing in clamp. I used ¼ drill rod for shank but an option could be the clevis pin shown one of images. Geometry was set so that Sharpie cap edge touches bottom of tool holder, however in theory the pen tip does not need to align with shaft center line unless you are using in automatic tool changer.
