4" (100mm?) Cyclone dust collector.
Will need a larger printer or can split parts up more if you need.
My standard 2" cyclone is woking well for my CNC but I got given a true “dust collector” head for the other wood working tools, it uses a 4" pipe. It works well but some of the tools output larger shaving that the input on the vac has a grid that they get caught on and clog the thing rather quickly. So since the other works so well I figured I'd give a larger one a try!
Unit is split into 5 parts. The 3 “base” units build the main body/funnel, the “intake” sits on top of those then the “cap” drops on top :)
** April 1st 2022 update, adding some adaptors **
“Flex To Separator, 107mm and 108.5" adaptors should make attaching flex pipe to the separator easier and give a much cleaner air flow!
“Sch40To100ID” is an adaptor for Schedule 40 pipe to flex or other pipe with an 100mm ID
