The yoke of a Senheiser HD 206 broke. I have modeled these replacement parts.
I Printed the files two times to replace both sides. I used the screws from the old yoke to secure the plate that locks the headband to the bracket
Printed using organic support on the bed only and a modifier (80% infill) for the bottom part of the yoke to give the pin more support material. For the rest I used 15% infill so it still has some flex. Some cleanup for assembling is needed.
A 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.15 mm layer height with the structural profile was used. I printed with Prusament PC-Blend. Other types of filament will probably work fine to.
