Bought a commercially available baseboard cleaner and was disappointed with it, so I made one.  Put an old sock over it. We all have plenty of those that are either worn out or lost their mates in the dimensional vortex of the clothes dryer. Use the smaller 45° section for the horizontal sections that get so dusty. Flip the cleaner over to clean the vertical side of the baseboard.

I learned in designing this that there are multiple sizes of broom handle threads used in North America. “Baseboard cleaner 1” is for the larger ¾ inch size. “Baseboard cleaner 2” is a little smaller with coarser threads and I found this size often used for my lighter duty indoor brooms. Otherwise both STL's are the same.

Use at least 3 walls and a heavier infill, as this item could have a lot of pressure put on it in use. I used 3 walls and a 25% gyroid infill. No supports needed, but a brim might be helpful.
