My CVS and Kroger Plus/Fry's loyalty cards were getting to be unreadable and I was on my second for each one.  I found a barcode generator at https://barcode-maker.com/ which lets you pick from MANY different types of barcodes.  CVS is EAN-13, Kroger is UPC-A.  I started with a rectangle, extruded it 0.5mm and then imported the SVG file for one card, and extruded the background - that left the bars as “cuts”  I did this on both sides.  I printed the key chain as a sandwich.  White TPU with the missing bars, solid black TPU, then back to white TPU with the missing bars - this makes each side look like a UPC code.  I tried them out and they work great.  I used Fiberlogy 40D TPU - it works great and prints clean with minimal stringing - just make sure it is dry.

I uploaded a picture of mine but blurred the lines - I also added a “C” and a “K” so I could tell them apart at the store.
