Here is my take on AirFilter for Voron 2.4 and other Printers:
2022.4.03 Update: new adapterplate V2.stl
You need:
- 2x 5015 blower fans (confirmed fitment with Winsin brand, but same as used in nevermore micro)
- 16x 6x3mm magnets (same as used in V2 BOM)
- 6x M3 heatset inserts (same as used in V2 BOM)
- 4x M3x8 screws (same as used in V2 BOM)
- 3M VHB tape
- Xiaomi Roborock Vacuum HEPA filter
- Two fitting options for bowden tube: (1) 1/8" BSP adapter (2) EASUN Push Fitting adapter
- Approx 200g of 4mm activated carbon pellets,( original Designer bought his here: https://envirosupply.net/products/4mm-pellet-virgin-coal-activated-carbon-charcoal-for-vapor-filtration-1-lb-bag
- IMPORTANT: do not buy coal that has been activated with acid!!! Your printer will rust immediately!
