I couldn't find this topper anywhere near where I live, so I decided to follow this quick tutorial (*) to model and print it.
I printed it about 3.3mm tall and with 3 perimeters to make it strong enough, with a color change for the “PhD” letters. I also enabled ironing, but I'm not sure it was actually needed.
Scale the other axes as you please (and rotate it if you have a small build plate), put it on a stick with some tape behind the h and D letters, and put it on your cake. Congratulations on your PhD! :D
*Basically, you just have to design the text in Inkscape, convert it to path (or you'll lose the font) and export as SVG. Then, import the SVG in Fusion 360 and extrude it.
