Can be printed flat, but I highly recommend angling it so the surface resolution is higher. I've found 30 degrees off the build plate with support on build plate only works best while not requiring too much support material or creating steep overhangs on the face. 10%+ infill. You don't need to use every screw hole; for most applications, you can get away just fine with three.
