These are intended to mount in a 28mm (1 1/8") hole in panels with a nut to hold it on. This includes a mount for a single Anderson PowerPole connector, a dual Anderson PowerPole connector, an Ham radio antenna connector (SO-239), and a blank hole filler. I have successfully printed these in PLA and PETG.
In addition the threaded connector, the universal nut, there are also covers (intended to print in TPU, but PETG might work), a backing plate to intended to keep the assembly from turning when mounted in a 19" 1U blank, a pin to use for in retaining the PowerPole connectors and a wrench to optionally used to tighten the nuts either very tight or hard to reach area.
I am quickly throwing this up to make sure I can share the files with others. Hopefully I will come back and add more details, but if you have any questions please reach out.
This is a redesign of my previous “m28” designs using a new “from scratch” threads that are more 3d print friendly.
10/11/2025 - I replaced the STL files for the Double Power pole and the associated cover. I design these without actually trying them out. I sized them for 4 power pole connectors all attached, this is something that almost nobody wants. So now it has been fixed, and it is good to 2 seperate pairs of power pole connectors.
