This model is a clamp to allow a pipe or hose to be wall or ceiling mounted. An OpenScad file is included and has the following adjustable parameters:
Diameter of pipe--20mm
Thickness of clamp--3mm
Width of clamp--10mm
Offset of pipe from wall--6mm
Mounting screw diameter--4mm
The attached STL files used the design default values above.
There are two parts, the hose clamp and an insert which provides for the offset from the wall. If you use OpenScad to customize the models, there is a checkbox to let you render each part.
So far, I only printed the default design for my current application. I have tested rendering several other sizes of each parameter to ensure they work as intended. Just check your rendering to be sure all looks good before printing!
I printed with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height in PLA with no supports. The insert should be flipped to have the bottom on the print bed. I printed that part with a brim to increase bed adhesion.
