This is a replacement for the bearing cage used in the AHC73575001, AHC73575002, AHC73575003, and AHC73575004 rails.

The plastic used by LG deforms in hot water and allows the bearing balls to leave the cage holes.  Unlike the original design, the spaces for the bearings balls (bb) have higher walls should reduce the possibility that the bb will pop out of place.

The design is for both the right and left rail cages.

Used pa612-cf. Had tried tpu earlier, but it deformed. Probably the temperature in the dishwasher and strain caused a deformation in the cage that allowed the bb to exit the place-holding holes.

Nylon is a lot stiffer than the original material or tpu. Hoping this will allow the part to withstand better. Because of the stiffer material, tried changing the design to account for this

Used supports, but the interface layer is very good. The supports separated easily and very cleanly. The supports are less than 3 g per part

Should had annealed the parts, but the thin walls allowed some bending when I tried it. Maybe you will have better luck. Should be at least 8h at 80°C

Also I scoured the parts with a kitchen scotch-brite fiber. This gives you a smother finish

As for the nylon filament I used polymakers pa612-cf which prints without an enclosure. The parts had good adherence to the bed and didn't warp. Probably one of the reasons I didn't use nylon before, is that most need to be printed in a heated environment, to prevent warping
