I've seen stuff like this for sale online but didn't want to wait for them so I took the time to reverse engineer and test fit. I did 100% infill ASA and included my orca slicer project files for an Ender 3 V3 Ke. PETG would work though I'd suggest Delrin or POM. the trans coupler holes are a little tight. I reamed them out to fit the bolt that best fit my shift shaft. Ended up using 3/8-16 x 3" bolt and nylock so the shift shaft rides on shoulder not threads then cutting the excess threads off.
