Print in PLA or ABS, 10-15% infill.
From what I gather in a few google searches, PLA and ABS have the lowest thermal conductivity for common filaments. PET can be almost double PLA and ABS. We want the least amount of heat transfer to keep our drinks cold, so no PET!
