Thanks for checking out my “Pipeworks” design for the Corsair Titan 360 AIO Cap, inspired by the amusing thought (nightmare) of being able to drain the coolant all over your PC!

This cap is designed to be printed in parts. The full model in the 3D view is just for reference. I do not advise printing it as I have NOT tested it, so attempt at your own risk.

When printed in parts, it should be pretty straightforward: just assemble everything together as follows. Check out the breakout image of the parts with labels below for easy reference:

  1. Print the ‘standoff’ and snap it to your base. It only goes in one way so rotate it 180 degrees if it doesn't fit the first time
  2. Print the ‘top plate’ next and then the ‘pins’.
  3. Align the 4 top plate and standoff holes, and press the pins in.
  4. Print the ‘collar’ and press into the top plate.
  5. Print the ‘handle’ and ‘handle fastener’.
  6. Snap the handle fastener into the handle, then snap the prongs of the fastener into the collar and you're done!

The files are also in order of printing from the bottom up, not including the base. I may need to adjust a bit in the future for tighter tolerances depending on people's feedback, but it should work well.

Some tips:

  • Print the handle fastener sideway so the prongs can bend, otherwise they'll snap on the layer lines.
  • Print the ‘Standoff’ upside-down on it's flat top.
  • If the ‘Pins’ end up becoming loose, feel free to use screws or glue.
  • If the ‘Collar’ isn't fitting as tight as it should and spins in place, apply some glue on that as well.
