The knob on my Iwatani PRO2 broke, so I designed and printed a better one. I printed in ASA, with multicolor for the direction arrows
I would recommend printing in ASA or better, as the part can get hot (not in direct contact with flame but can be near grill/stove/etc) and also experiences some stresses, so PLA or PETG may break easier
