This model allows you to mount a self-contained Carplay/Android Auto unit to the top of the Miata tombstone.
This model is still a work in progress, but I am using it in my 1994 NA Miata.
I used M4 by 6mm bolts and M4 heat inserts (with a depth of 4mm) for this model. I placed the heat inserts into the screen backplate.
In order to use this on your miata, you will need to make 4 mounting holes in your tombstone, and one hole for the wire pass-through. You can use the tombstone backplate as a template fo where to drill the holes.
