This box is designed to hold the insets for packaging from @Cadavan_886440 to go along with his 3D Catan design. It also has flat space on the long front and back sides to fit @RobinVellekoo_371841 's remixed Catan logo from @KevinsHope_276329.
The design was split to fit within the build area of the MK4S and the base box is composed of 24 pieces with insertable braces. 24 long braces (100mm) and 34 short braces (50mm). The braces should be glued into their slots for sturdiness of the box. The base file for the braces are exact fits and should be scaled appropriately for the filament used. For Prusament Woodfill Linden Light, I needed to scale the long side length by 99%, the short side width 97% and height 97%. You can add a few test braces along with the other parts at varying scales to find what fits best.
The Catan logo can be glued to the flat space on the box sides.
External Dimensions 413x302x292mm
Internal Dimensions 383x272x245mm
Supports are needed for a small area on the box bottoms and box corners. The box sides are best re-oriented flat on the print bed and do not require supports when flat.
