Just a small bumper for a USB Cable Checker board commonly available from Amazon, Ali Express, eBay, etc.
It keeps all metal contacts off your work surface, adds a small buffer to the edge of the PCB and also includes a hanging loop.
If you want to measure before you print, this fits my PCB, which measures 85mm x 70mm.
