This is due to the extra width (26.2mm)
This is a modification for those coming from ERCF or who simply wish to add toothed gears to the gates to mesh with the selector head's teeth. I was done with the ERCF and wanted to try Tradrack but had a load of the toothed hob gears lying around and thought it a waste otherwise.
Simply print the two parts, slot the gear with roller bearings into the main body, slide down the insert and push the supplied 20mm axle through it all. NOTE: This can take some persuasion, I successfully employed a hammer on all of mine with no damage done.
Also includes switch for filament load sensing, utilising 5.5mm ball bearing.
