This design isn’t fully engineered yet, but I haven’t had the time to finish it. Perhaps someone else will enjoy taking it further. Each unit requires four additional holes in the board. It functions in its current form, but it no longer transfers load to the housing and, in theory, should reduce the likelihood of breakage.
