I had to remodel this, but I remixed it into a chainguide for my kids bikes. They didn't need the bashguard feature.

I had to remodel this, but I remixed it into a chainguide for my kids bikes. They didn't need the bashguard feature. Worked great to keep my sons chain on!

Printed in PET-CF. 100% infill, 5 walls. 0.6 nozzle with 0.18-0.3 layer height (not variable, just range of working heights)

Probably will make some design improvements for the future (like scalloping where the bolt head compresses the guide for a little more purchase underneath it).

For hardware I recommend a flush mount M6 like the ones shown here, but I'd recommend longer (maybe 16 or 20mm long):

Use an M6 locknut (nylock) on the back of the guide itself, for retention.

Honestly I used whatever I had laying around which was not ideal but worked.

Apologies for the crap pictures. I took them as I was running out the door and late for daycare.
