This simple model was made to keep the GamerSupps measuring spoon out of the jar and easily accessible. The ring is meant to be placed on the outside of the jar and is a simple friction fit.
I printed mine in PLA with a 0.15mm layer height using a 0.4mm nozzle. Note that any larger than that and some of the tolerances will likely not work as this was designed to be a snug fit.
Take care when placing the ring on the jar; If it is too tight, it can damage the label if you try to force it on. It should be snug, but relatively easy to take off as well. There is some minor variability in the exact diameter of the jars, so if you find that the ring is too tight or too loose, you should be able to scale it up or down by 1% and get a better fit. I recommend printing the first 10% of this and checking the fit so you don't waste filament, but it's a pretty light model so even the whole thing printed is only about 10g. I have also added two files, one ‘standard’ that I found fits most, and a ‘small’ file that has a very slight adjustment to the inner diameter if you just can't quite get it right and the ring is too loose.
