I bought a used Sigma 20/1.4 but it didn't have a lens cap. This is wide angle prime that has fixed hood (to protect bulbous front element I assume). The lens cap is a hollow cylinder that is supposed to fit snugly over the fixed lens hood.
So, I decided to model it myself and print in 3D. I measured the outer diameter of the lens hood is 90.8 mm. I made the inner diameter of the lens cap 91.5 mm to accommodate 0.5 mm for tape that I would wrap inside to protect the lens hood from any scratches + 0.2 mm for tolerance. I made the cap 35 mm tall.
Printed on PLA with 0.2 mm layers and 3 walls. That way the walls became solid not having infill pattern. The bottom is bit thicker with some infill.
I put one round of adhesive contact plastic (one that you use to e.g. wrap books) on inside the make it fit snugly but not too tight. I first tried with duct tape but that was so tight that it created suction when pulling the cap off.
If you want to print without room for protective tape inside, scale X-axis so that inner diameter is e.g. 91 mm. Also, you could scale down Y-axis to make the cap bit shorter if you like.
