This is an adapter to let you use an Eddings 1300, Faber Castell Pitt Artist pen, or other 9mm diameter pen.
The Felt Tip Holder screws onto the part but must be unscrewed to recap the pens. The Snap Base and Snap Plotter work together - the Base screws onto the pen above where the cap would fit, and then you can snap the Plotter adapter onto it.
All of these have 3.5mm holes and will admit an M4 grub screw for secure mounting.
