It's Jeff, from Bob's Burgers (Season 5, Episode 2). If you need context, "spoiler" below, or you can do yourself a favor and watch the episode. I didn't have the filament needed to get the colors exactly right, but it's close-ish.

Who or what is Jeff?
Jeff is a made-up ghost of a 13-year-old boy that the Belcher's "captured" in an Easy Breezy brand shoebox. For a while Tina is convinced Jeff is real. Since she's Tina and it's a 13-year-old boy, ghost or not, she has a crush on him/it.
