Painter's Extension Pole Socket

A threaded socket adapter designed to fit standard painter's extension pole threads, allowing you to mount custom accessories and attachments to painter's poles, broom handles, and similar threaded tools. Intended primarily as a component to incorporate into your own 3D designs, but can also be superglued to existing prints as a retrofit solution. Perfect for creating custom tool attachments or any project where you need to connect something to an extension pole.

Painter's pole threads aren't available as a thread spec in Fusion, so it's handy to have a model like this to add to your projects. There are existing models similar to this, I tried several and I found they generally weren't secure enough due to minor thread profile differences so I made my own trying to make it as secure of a fit as possible. This may print slightly tight depending on your printer's tolerances, but threading it on and off a pole a few times will break it in and match the threads properly.
