The bevel adjustment lever on the back of my Ryobi miter saw came apart - must be age related, since I'm slowly falling apart as well.
This is a replacement that (so far) seems to work well. You need to reuse all the metal parts, and inserting the metal ring that surrounds the nut is a tight fit into the new handle (if it's too tight for you, you might want to increase the overall dimensions slightly).
I printed with supports (required for both the handle itself, and the internal area where the metal collar fits). It's printed in the orientation shown. I used PTEG for strength, and 60% infill. If I was printing again, I might bump that up to 80%, but the 60% seems to work. If it ever breaks on me, I'll reprint at 80%.
