Requires:
- 2x M3 heat set inserts if using the short screws that come with EDDY probe.
- Or 2x M3 nuts if using the longer screws.
I printed the v2 model flat using supports, but it can be printed on the side without using any supports.
If using the longer volcano hotend, model v2 can be printed and then EDDY probe barely fits on the left side, leaving about 1 mm of space for vertical adjustment, but in reality it has to be set as high as possible. It is also likely that you will have to remove a couple of mm of material from the toolhead mount itself if probe calibration fails and complains about the distance. But the positive is that doing this reduces overall toolhead footprint and brings probe closer to the hotend.
If using shorter hotend or more adjustment is needed, print the v1 and mount EDDY on the right side, similarly as with the standard BL touch mount.
It should also be possible to mount both BL Touch and EDDY if using the mainline klipper without eddy-ng, but not using eddy-ng would be madness since it solves all the problems that BL touch has. :)
Probe offset for v2 model with EDDY on the left side: X = 15 , Y = 18
