I made this basic grip for a Sonex aircraft but it should work on other (full sized) airplanes that have a 1" steel control stick. It includes a PTT button hole suitable for a push to talk switch (digikey part nubmer 450-1664-ND).
Printed in woodfill PLA. Please send me a note if you print this. ;-)
