A DIY detailing/pad cleaner (NOT in anyway affiliated with the brand DIY Detail). 4 sections with 4 brackets to hold together. Use (8) 5mm .5-.75" screws to attach brackets to each section together. Use a total of (8) threaded heat inserts - 5mm. Square plugs off sides helps stabilize sections.

Part was designed bigger to be scaled down. Fits tight in a 5 gallon Adams Polishes bucket. Fits well in a Chemical Guys 3 gallon and Harbor Freight 5 gallon. Scale Y axis down to 6.13 (see image).

Printed in PETG with some testing. Recommend at least PETG. 15-25% infill. 50% infill on brackets.

Tested with a Microfiber pad and a CG orange pad. Used Diluted Rinseless wash.

Do not put pressure on DA or Rotary. Let weight of tool do the work. Suggest using a specific bucket just for this. Spray Rinseless wash onto face of pads, and cleaner. Agitate against cleaner face. Spray pad, then hold down in bucket, not touching cleaner face and run at mid speed to spin  out pad.

As more testing is done, unit will be revised and uploaded. For DIY use only. No commercial printing and or/selling

You want a tighter fit to prevent cleaner from spinning moving. Next addition will be some clamps to hold cleaner to bucket.

Holes on bottom of section can be drilled out for extra draining if needed.
