This is a clean redesign based on reverse-engineering the mating geometry of YK42's model STLs. Combined with solid bases generated in OnShape using Seishin's Gridfinity Bin Generators.
My design was originally inspired by @chhe_651964's base for the non stackable boxes:
At the time the two had incompatible licenses on Printables, so I chose to discard remixing the base and do a 100% clean re-engineering.
Version 2 has a higher lip to provide more area to hold the crate in place. There is a tight tolerance version that provides a friction fit, but can still be removed by holding on to the base and lifting the box from one side.
I'm including drawings of the geometry that I measured, should anyone need it, same license applies. Due to the nature of the STL files, these are unfortunately approximations. They are sufficient for use in modeling though.
I might follow up with additional versions that have a tighter geometry to hold the boxes in place and prevent them from tipping over and spilling their contents.
